Okeoghene Odebiyi is the Head, Talent and Career Management unit of the firm. As a member of the management team, she has primary responsibilities for managing and cultivating the talents within the human capital of the firm. An excellent communicator and influencer with a high level of organization and efficiency, Okeoghene combines her wide range of management and administrative responsibilities with supporting the firm’s strategic goal around service delivery and performance by driving, managing and executing process development initiatives in the firm. She helps in creating an enabling environment to attract, develop and retain top talent required for the firm’s business outlook and growth.
Experience With over a decade worth of cognate work experience in Human Resource Management, she has garnered expertise in the following areas: development and implementation of HR policies & procedures, staffing and people resourcing, employee services/relations, HR administration, learning and development, and organizational development through several positions and roles held in various organizations from 2008 till date. She is a change agent and is passionate about ensuring the practice succeeds by deploying HR best practice approaches into the Firm’s DNA.
